The Privacy Notice will apply to all products, services, programs and/or websites that Flying Pictures de México, S.A. de C.V. has, in accordance with the nature of the Personal Data collected and in accordance with current and applicable legislation on privacy and protection of Personal Data. Flying Pictures de México, S.A. de C.V. may publish new specific Privacy Notices or updates and for which it may or may not require the express consent of the Holder of the Personal Data (the Holder); however, the privacy policies applicable to the Personal Data that have been provided to us will be made known to the public and to our customers through the website www.flyingpictures.mx.
A. NAME AND ADDRESS OF THE PERSON IN CHARGE
The treatment, storage, custody and disclosure of Personal Data that the Data Subject has disclosed or may disclose to Flying Pictures de México, S.A. de C.V., through various means and forms including but not limited to Internet sites, technological tools, or directly to our representatives, through the use of our products and/or services, or for any related activity, shall be deemed to be the responsibility of Flying Pictures de México, S.A. de C.V., who is a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Mexico, domiciled at Viveros de la Hacienda 307, Col. Viveros de la Loma, Tlalnepantla, CP54080, State of Mexico.

C. PURPOSES FOR THE USE OF PERSONAL DATA
The Personal Data we collect from the Data Subject are necessary for the fulfillment of the obligations, the relationship and/or the provision of services that exists or may come to exist between the Data Subject and Flying Pictures de México, S.A. de C.V., the latter being the one who uses, stores, transmits or transfers them to the extent permitted by law, to comply with the obligations arising from the legal or non-legal relationship that exists or may come to exist with the Data Subject.
Likewise, we inform you that in the facilities, airport, in each of our balloons and ground vehicles, we have a video surveillance system, by which, may be obtained through our security cameras, images and audio of the Data Subject, for purposes of identification, control and security of users, suppliers and staff of Flying Pictures de México, S.A. de C.V.

Flying Pictures de México, S.A. de C.V., may transfer Personal Data to companies in charge of receiving, safeguarding and processing the personal data of the Data Subject in terms of this Privacy Notice.

Flying Pictures de México, S.A. de C.V. and the Holder acknowledge that this Privacy Notice is valid for an unlimited period of time. However, Flying Pictures de México, S.A. de C.V. will keep this Privacy Notice updated.
Flying Pictures de México, S.A. de C.V., recommends the Holder to re-read this document regularly, so that he/she is always informed about possible modifications.
Alterations or modifications to this Privacy Notice shall become effective immediately after their publication on the Internet page of Flying Pictures de México, S.A. de C.V., www.flyingpictures.mx, without prejudice to the use of any other means for Flying Pictures de México, S.A. de C.V., of the aforementioned publications.
Once the modifications have been made, it shall be presumed that the Holder who continues to use the Internet Page of www.flyingpictures.mx requesting its services, or performing the acts that gave rise to its relationship with Flying Pictures de México, S.A. de C.V., shall be fully aware of, have read and consented to the amended Privacy Notice.
I. CONSENT
The Data Subject declares and consents to this Privacy Notice, in accordance with the Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals, not opposing the Privacy Notice. None of the Personal Data will be processed until 2 (two) days after they have been provided by the Data Subject and he/she has not expressed his/her refusal.
J. BOW RIGHTS
Likewise, the Data Subject may request access to his/her Personal Data, rectify it, cancel it, oppose, limit its use or disclosure or revoke his/her consent, in terms of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals and other applicable provisions (the Request). To exercise these rights, the Data Subject should contact the Privacy Department, at the email and/or telephone number(s) listed above in our contact information.
In terms of the applicable law, any request for the exercise of the aforementioned ARCO rights must indicate the following indispensable requirements in order to respond to your request:
- Name and address.
- Documents proving their identity or, if applicable, the legal representation of the person making the request on their behalf.
- The clear and precise description of the Personal Data to which you wish to access or which you wish to rectify, cancel or oppose and any other element that facilitates the location of your data.
- Any other requirement established by the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals and/or other applicable provisions.
At any time, the Data Subject may request the suspension or cancellation of the sending of commercial messages or notices and information about new products, through our Privacy Department.
In case of requesting the rectification of personal data, you must additionally indicate the modifications to be made and provide the documentation supporting your request.
The response to your request will be communicated within 10 (ten) business days, counted from the date on which the request was received, and may be extended 5 (five) more days in those cases in which it is established by Law; in order to carry out the necessary measures to comply with your request, which will be carried out within 15 (fifteen) business days following the date on which the Holder is communicated the response to your request.
The Personal Data Subject shall cover the justified shipping costs or the cost of reproduction in copies or other formats.
In the event that physical delivery of information is required, Flying Pictures de México, S.A. de C.V. will require an address for such delivery.
In the event that the information is sent electronically, Flying Pictures de México, S.A. de C.V. will require an e-mail address.
When the Personal Data is no longer necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes set forth in this Privacy Notice and the applicable legal provisions, it must be cancelled, blocked and deleted by operation of law.
The Application will not be valid if the above is omitted.
In the event that the Data Subject has requested the right to object to the processing of his/her Personal Data, Flying Pictures de México, S.A. de C.V. will consider the following:
- That there is legitimate cause and the specific situation so requires, which must justify that even if the processing is lawful, it must cease in order to prevent its persistence from causing harm to the Data Subject.
- That you require to express your opposition to the processing of your Personal Data so that the processing is not carried out for specific purposes.
- That the processing is not necessary for compliance with a legal obligation imposed on Flying Pictures de México, S.A. de C.V.
If you have exercised your right to object to the processing of your Personal Data, Flying Pictures de México, S.A. de C.V., will send the Personal Data to an Exclusion List in accordance with the Law (the List).
K. PROCEDURES FOR BLOCKING AND DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA
Once the Personal Data has been cancelled, Flying Pictures de México, S.A. de C.V. will keep the Personal Data of the Data Subject for one more month, for purposes of clarification and preparation for deletion. Once this period has expired, Flying Pictures de México, S.A. de C.V. will definitively block the Personal Data of the Data Subject, having no further opportunity to locate or contact the Data Subject.
If the Holder were to perform another act with Flying Pictures de México, S.A. de C.V., he/she shall initiate it as if the relationship had never existed.
The above, observing what is indicated in the Privacy Policies for the purpose of keeping information by operation of law or authority.
Personal Data that have fulfilled their purposes, but cannot be cancelled and/or deleted by operation of law or by the existing contractual relationship, will be blocked from the purposes to which they were submitted, until they can be deleted. During such period, the Personal Data may not be subject to any processing other than conservation and safeguarding.
L. REVOCATION OF CONSENT
Consent may be revoked at any time without retroactive effect. To revoke consent, the Holder must send a written request to solicitud.arco@flyingpictures.com.mx with the following requirements:
- Name of the Registrant,
Address to which the response to your request will be sent - The documents that prove the identity of the Holder, IFE and/or PASSPORT, or in its case, the legal representation of the Holder.
- A clear and precise description of the relationship that it has with Flying Pictures de México, S.A. de C.V.
- Provide documentation to support your request.
- The request should be addressed to Flying Pictures de México, S.A. de C.V.
- Documents evidencing that the legal relationship with Flying Pictures de México, S.A. de C.V. has been terminated.
Flying Pictures de México, S.A. de C.V., will issue a response in which it will confirm the revocation of the consent of the Holder, or in its case, it will indicate the reasoning depending on the specific case, having 15 (fifteen) days to issue this response. The terms will be counted from the moment the request sent by e-mail enters our server, and Flying Pictures de México, S.A. de C.V. will issue the respective Acknowledgement of Receipt of Request.
Any subsequent request to the one mentioned in the preceding paragraph shall have the same effect as an initial request, and the Holder and Flying Pictures de México, S.A. de C.V. shall be bound to the same deadlines indicated above.
The application will not be valid if the above is omitted.
M. JURISDICTION
This Privacy Notice, the treatment of your Personal Data and/or all related documents are governed by the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals and other laws and regulations of the United Mexican States.
The acceptance of this Privacy Notice or the simple request for services once this Privacy Notice is published and made available implies an express acceptance by the Holder of the terms of this Privacy Notice and its express submission to the competent courts of Mexico City, Mexico, for any controversy or claim arising from this Privacy Notice.
I declare that I have read and understand this Privacy Notice and I give my consent, for the cases in which it is necessary, for the treatment of my Personal Data under the terms of this Privacy Notice. I confirm that I have informed the persons of whom I have provided Personal Data, about the treatment that will be made of their Personal Data.
