A hot air balloon only has up to two hours after the first rays of sunrise to fly in safe conditions, giving us the possibility to make only one flight or sometimes two per day.

With favorable conditions, your balloon will be taking off between 6:30 am and 8:30 am approximately depending on each pilot.

The flight varies between 45 to 60 minutes, depending on the conditions. This may vary if the pilot deems necessary a landing due to changing weather conditions.

We fly every day of the year!

We recommend you wear warm clothes, sunglasses, a good pair of boots and your camera to capture the best moments.

The basket sizes vary for each balloon, being the largest for 14 people and the smallest for two to four people (including the pilot). For the comfort of our passengers all carry their section inside the basket, this way no one is uncomfortable, the maximum allowed per section is 6 people.

We offer transportation from hotels in downtown CDMX, the meeting time is at 5:30 in the morning to arrive on time for your flight. We offer private transportation and helicopter transfers.

Our Globopuerto Flying Pictures is located in Teotihuacan just 15 minutes from the Archaeological Zone, we will provide you with directions and a map so you can get there without any problems.

The flight does not include entrance to the Archaeological Zone, but if you wish, we suggest you purchase our package with guide and entrance to the Archaeological Zone. link.

Hot air balloons depend entirely on wind direction and conditions. Landing is normally done on vacant land around Teotihuacan.

Our commitment is to fly in the valley of Teotihuacan, we almost always fly over the pyramids. Sometimes the wind direction does not allow us to pass over the pyramids, however it is very rare that we do not.

The risks are really minimal but we prohibit the flight to pregnant women and we do not recommend it for people recently operated or with certain medical conditions. Check with your doctor if you are suitable for this activity.  

For safety reasons the minimum age is from 4 years old. It is recommended that minors be taller than the basket to be able to see something and have a good experience.

If you don't have a camera, maybe this is a good excuse to buy one. Or you can hire our in-flight photo service.

If you are late for your flight you will lose your deposit and you will have woken up in vain.

To formalize the reservation of your flight it is necessary to make a deposit of 30% of the total cost of your quote, send the full name of each member of your group, and the approximate weight of cu. and call 5580251057.

If you do not make your flight, or do not arrive on time, you will lose your deposit of 30% of the total cost of the service.
