Balloon flight:
- The activity depends entirely on the wind and weather conditions present on the day it is performed, and there is no guarantee that the aircraft will follow a specific direction or fly a specific route.
- The target flight time is 45 to 60 minutes, but the duration can be adjusted for the following situations:
- Poor visibility, change in wind speed and direction that is considered a risk to users.
- Selection of a safe landing zone
- Misconduct or crisis presented by any of the passengers.
- The pilot is responsible and has the authority to decide whether to take off, as well as the duration of the flight under the aforementioned circumstances.
Rescheduling and cancellation policies:
- Bad Weather. The flight may be cancelled and rescheduled for safety reasons due to weather conditions:
- Flight rescheduling at no additional cost. Date to be agreed with the reservations area.
- Client: Customer rescheduling, with notice or notification at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date of the activity. Rescheduling at no additional cost. Date to be agreed with the reservations area.
- Voluntary cancellation by the client, with notice or notification at least 48 hours before the scheduled date of the activity, reimbursement less costs (10% of the total cost of the service).
- In any of the cases the client must cover the costs or penalties for complements of the requested flight such as lodging, transportation, personalized canvases, bouquets of roses, etc. And they will be discounted from the amount of the reservation.
- Illness / food poisoning: Being one of the main causes of "No show". We invite you to consume food and beverages responsibly and in well established places, since non-attendance without prior notification with a minimum of 48hrs will not be able to issue any refund or rescheduling.

- Commissions charged on the web platform (reservation button) are variable by region, type of card and issuing bank with which the purchase was made, and are non-refundable.
- If the client does not show up on the scheduled day, at the scheduled time, the service will be considered as completed.

- Take care of your little ones: Minors fly under the responsibility and supervision of an adult.
- Minimum age required for boarding: 04 years old.
- Pregnant women are NOT allowed to fly in a balloon.
- Not suitable for people with fractures or recent injuries.
- Not suitable for people with chronic ailments, vertigo, fear or phobia of heights.
- For the user's own safety, the maximum weight per person is 125kg.
- Intoxicated or intoxicated persons will not be allowed to participate in the activity and will lose their access without any type of bonus.

- If you have contracted the transportation service, you have 2 hours of time after breakfast to visit the archaeological site, this is optional. The characteristics and times considered may vary, depending on the service or package contracted.
- Other transfer services, stops or waiting time not scheduled at the customer's request, are subject to availability and will be charged extra.
