The Balloon Flight:
- The activity is entirely dependent on the wind and weather conditions present on the day it takes place. There is no guarantee that the aircraft will follow a specific direction or fly over a specific route.
- The target flight time is 45 to 60 minutes, but the duration may be adjusted due to the following situations:
- Low visibility, changes in wind speed and direction that are considered a risk to users.
- Selection of a safe landing zone
- Misconduct or crisis presented by any of the passengers.
- The pilot is responsible and has the authority to decide whether to take off, as well as the duration of the flight under the circumstances mentioned above.
Rescheduling and cancellation policies:
- Bad Weather. The flight may be canceled and rescheduled for safety reasons due to weather conditions:
- Rescheduling of the flight without additional cost. Date to be agreed with the reservations area.
- Client: Client rescheduling, with notice or notification at least 48 hours before the scheduled date of the activity. Rescheduling at no additional cost. Date to be agreed upon with the reservations area.
- Voluntary cancellation by the client, with notice or notification at least 48 hours before the scheduled date of the activity, refund less costs (10% of the total service).
- In any case, the client must cover the costs or penalties for flight add-ons requested, such as lodging, transportation, personalized banners, bouquet of roses, etc. These will be deducted from the reservation amount.
- Illness / food poisoning: Being one of the main causes of "No show". We invite you to consume food and beverages responsibly and in well-established places, since absence without prior notification with a minimum of 48 hours will not allow any refund or rescheduling.
- Commissions charged on the web platform (reservation button) vary by region, type of card, and issuing bank with which the purchase was made, and are non-refundable.
- If the client does not show up on the scheduled day, at the set time, the service will be considered completed.
Safety Policies:
- Take care of your little ones: Minors fly under the responsibility and supervision of an adult.
- Minimum age required for boarding: 4 years old
- Pregnant women are NOT allowed to fly in a balloon.
- Not suitable for people with recent fractures or injuries.
- Not suitable for people with chronic conditions, vertigo, fear, or phobia of heights.
- For the safety of the user, the maximum weight per person is 125kg.
- People in a state of intoxication will not be able to carry out the activity, thus losing their access without any type of compensation.
Transfer Policies (in case of contracting):
- If you have contracted the transportation service, you have 2 hours after breakfast to visit the archaeological zone, this is optional. The characteristics and times considered may vary depending on the service or package contracted.
- Other transfer services, stops, or waiting times not scheduled at the client's request are subject to availability and will have an extra cost.
- Take care of your belongings. Flying Pictures de México is not responsible for damaged or forgotten objects in vehicles, aircraft, and in the take-off area.
- Transfer times may vary due to traffic conditions.
*Our Activity and its duration are always subject to weather conditions; therefore, its realization will depend on them.
* Flying Pictures de México reserves the right to assign dates, places, and seating arrangements for passengers to carry out any activity.
*Appointment and take-off times may be adjusted due to weather and/or logistical issues.
