Your safety and clarity are our priority before take-off.

General Terms and Conditions

All flights are subject to favourable weather conditions as mandated by aeronautical safety regulations. Flying Pictures reserves the right to modify flight paths or suspend flights if the weather poses a risk. Passengers must arrive promptly at the specified time; failure to attend (No Show) will result in the forfeiture of the service without the right to a refund.

Cancellation Policy

If the flight is cancelled by Flying Pictures due to adverse weather, a flight reschedule will be offered at no additional cost, or a refund will be provided in accordance with our base rates. Cancellations by the customer must be made at least 48 hours in advance to be eligible for a reschedule; cancellations outside of this timeframe may be subject to penalties.

Health Policies and Restrictions

For safety reasons, flying is not permitted for pregnant women, individuals with recent surgeries, severe heart conditions, or spinal injuries. It is the passenger's responsibility to disclose any relevant medical conditions prior to booking.
